‘I am not vegetarian before a meal is eaten by me but I will think about it ?’ She explained.

‘so I will , A few days I have cravings for red meat, and I will not. Lots of greens. I do not really follow anything. I try to eat fresh and have rid of sleep.’

Showing us the millennial she’s, she revealed her meal of choice could be chucked on toast.

The most important exercise that Nathalie thanks for keeping her in shape would be reformer Pilates and she’s a person who likes working out in her spare time.    

‘I likely work out six times a week, even if I am up at 5am and have to fight two hours of traffic [to work], I will go to a Pilates class,’ she told the site.

‘My key is… if you realize you have a massive day and you would like to add some exercise, then just book yourself into a class you know you will get charged for if you do not go… then you have to go.’

One minute for an simple that is easy speed

One minute 10 sec dash followed by 10 sec moderate tempo rotation

(Total for a total of eight mins)

Drill and skills

Five times three minute rounds using 45 sec retrieval

Footwork particular cone drills

Conditioning set

10 days 80 metre shore sprint with one minute shadowbox at finish line (holding a kilo barbell)

Recover and repeat for 10 rounds

In a meeting with Surf Stitch she explained that she likes to mix it up in regards to work out.

‘I really don’t use health spas, I see a trainer in the playground instead.

‘Being outside is really fun and I find I get a whole lot more motivated.

‘My trainer is good, he’s always pushing me and making sure I provide everything. I want that outside motivation.’

She also loves yoga and as she spends a good deal of time travelling she ensures she hits the gym and there she doesn’t fall behind.

This said, she did show to The Edit that travelling does throw a spanner in the works when it comes to her physical and psychological wellbeing.

‘Spending a week in a foreign country, far away from your usual fitness but also nutrition routines for sure can mess with you mentally,’ she discussed with the web site.

‘As I have been used to it although I have just come to the conclusion, it is possible to only do the best that you can, as cliche as it is.’

Nathalie ensures she packs snacks such as nuts and muesli when travelling because she can not work when she is hungry.

‘I think in equilibrium! If you have been working hard all week and feel just like using the damn pizza, just maybe recreate it using more nutritious ingredients’

The blonde eyesight has one of the most coveted Instagram accounts around because her life looks like a constant shore photo shoot, however she’s open and honest about it not being as it seems.  

‘It’s not necessarily true life. You can fall into a black hole if you start comparing yourself to folks on Instagram, I understand that also because I am putting my best foot forward,’ she informed Perth Now.

‘But even realizing that I find myself comparing myself to other women. Then you’ve got to be like, no, no, what do you do? It’s just unrealistic to compare yourself.’
